Hello, I had installation of my broadband & V6 box yesterday, but I keep getting the S102 error on the box install, keeps stalling at 33%.
the engineer when installing it just told me to keep rebooting it, and it would eventually after an hour carry on from 33%, but it hasn’t. It’s been over 24 hours now and nothing.
Trying to get hold of the customer service team but can’t get through to anyone cause they are so busy
