Run home broadband

Hey there

I moved into a new home last week and saw a Virgin Media broadband modem in it. I asked the landlord how to run this modem, and he said I don't have any information about broadband in this home.

Now this is my question: how can I run the internet with VirginMedia without information?

I checked the VirginMedia website, and I am sure only VirginMedia provides broadband in my home. Furthermore, I didn't see any email or live chat on the VirginMedia website!

You will need to take out a broadband contract with Virginmedia. Look at their sales site. https://www.virginmedia.com
