My router was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, I’ve now taken 2 days holiday from work waiting and it’s still not here, whilst yodel claims that it was delivered to the wrong address and they will collect it and redeliver (how would they even know which address the driver delivered it to!).
My first bill will be due at the end of the month, I’ve contacted yodel loads as well as virgin who don’t show any urgency.
Is there any way I can get out of paying the monthly charge when the service isn’t even being provided to me?
Also i would complain to yodel. Send an email to CEO
