I am just wondering if the router is supposed to be delivered prior to the technician arriving if you are not a quickstart customer?
My installation time is the morning after tomorrow (14/05) and still no sign of a router/hub.
If you are having a manned install then the tech will bring the router with them to install on the day.

I just don't understand for a new customer like you it's not explained by whoever you spoke to in detail what will happen with your install, why am I not surprised, welcome to Virgin !
