Im needing to transfer files via FTP to my server,i keep getting connection timeout messages.
Im guessing i need to open ports.I havent a clue with this Super Hub 5.
Can anyone point me in right direction please

Using an FTP client on a office or domestic computer to transfer files to a public FTP server I have never had to deal with port issues.Perhaps you are using FTP in a different manner.

It only happens on this Super Hub 5.All other routers ive used with virgin over the years have worked fine
