Router Activation

Hi All,

I moved into my house on Monday and it previously had virgin so I was able to just order my QuickStart pack which was great. Everything us in order. The white box on the wall I turned on and plugged the router in as well as the black end of the splitter into the router itself and the red end into the white box on the wall. The WiFi logo is solid green and the power light is flashing green constantly for over 2 hours now. All cables are definitely secure. Can someone help please?

Yes. If activation works it should turn to one solid white LED near the base, all other LEDs should be off.

Activation doesn't always work and you have to contact VM support to resolve the issue.

One of the VM staff on here should hopefully assist.

You can contact VM to report your problem using ...

0345 454 1111 from any other UK  phone.

The best time to call is 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.

Or you can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

8am it is! Fingers crossed. So as it’s new and I phoned the automated service to activate it, it may not work so I need to. Speak to vm to activate it properly?
