Reward

I bought a new virgin broadband connection in Feb 2020 with JBL headset as reward. I haven't received the reward yet. Can someone let me know how to collect the reward.

Hi, with any of these "rewards" the "small print" states that the item (eg the headphones) will be dispatched 28 days after your install has happened. So I'm guessing they have only just been dispatched or stuck in the process somewhere due to the current situation. Perhaps try chasing in another week ? . Thanks.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for your help. But, I have installed the kit during 1st week of February. Its quite longer than the time mentioned. Couldn't reach them via phone or chat.
