I left Virgin Media at the end of July. Since then have requested several times to get a returns pack to return the Hub3 and TiVo box.
The returns pack doesn't arrive but I keep getting reminders that I will get charged for the kit, if I don't return it.
If someone from the Virgin Media team sees this, can you please help me get a CollectPlus label and I can just box it and send it back, to get this to closure.
Also, if community members know of any other way to solve this, please help.
