I ordered a new Hub 3 as I was eligible for an upgrade. When I didn't get confirmation of the order - and it didn't arrive - I phoned virgin and they said the order hadn't processed correctly and re-did it. Of course, today I received two hubs! I've installed one, and requested a returns pack for my old Super Hub. Should I simply request an additional return pack for the unwanted extra hub? I don't want to phone to ask again as it took me 50 minutes to get through yesterday.
As I wrote in my original message - I've requested a returns pack (which I haven't received yet). Do I need to request another one for the unwanted hub (I don't know what's in the returns pack) or can I use the single pack to return both items?
