Returning duplicate equipment

I ordered a new Hub 3 as I was eligible for an upgrade. When I didn't get confirmation of the order - and it didn't arrive - I phoned virgin and they said the order hadn't processed correctly and re-did it. Of course, today I received two hubs! I've installed one, and requested a returns pack for my old Super Hub. Should I simply request an additional return pack for the unwanted extra hub? I don't want to phone to ask again as it took me 50 minutes to get through yesterday.

You can request a returns pack here  

We have been arranging doorstep collections for people that have had to self isolate 

If you do wish to do it this way then please let me know 

If not then please make sure you are protected when you go out

As I wrote in my original message - I've requested a returns pack (which I haven't received yet). Do I need to request another one for the unwanted hub (I don't know what's in the returns pack) or can I use the single pack to return both items?

My bad I misread that 

We would not need the old superhub back 

We would need the Hub3 back though 

Retruns packs can take up to 10 days to be sent and received
