I've had a new 360 box. How do I return my old box. I've replied to numerous emails asking for a returns label but nothing received.
Seems a shame to throw in the bin plus don't want a bill from Virgin.
What has everyone else done?

Without a proper returns receipt, you have no proof of returning anything. Best to go by the book. That way there can be no issues further down the line. Anything I've ever returned has had a proof of postage 🙂

What equipment are you wanting to return? Not all equipment needs returning. You can check < here >
If you have a printer you can print out your own label and return the equipment in your own packaging.

After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store. make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.
