I was scheduled a visit for my virgin media equpiment to be picked up, but it has not yet been picked up. I have also been fined, I would like to reschedule this pickup as soon as possible and be reimbursed for a fault which is not mine, but Virgin Medias.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with returning your equipment back to us. Sorry to hear that the arranged collection was not complete and that you were charged for not returning the equipment on time.
You can order a pre-paid returned package through our website to send the equipment back yourself through our many Collect Plus drop of points.
Once the equipment is returned to us, you'll be refunded the charged amount via cheque refund.
