Return old Hub.

Hi, this is really on behalf of my 85 year old dad. He has changed to new package/hub in last few months, everything fine but now is getting multiple emails regarding old Hub 3. There were no Collectplus return notes labels etc with new hub, so took it, not to be returned as per the setup booklet. He has been in hospital for over 3 weeks and only getting to emails now. Luckily still have old hub but how do we return and does it really need returned?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Firstly I am sorry to hear about your Dad's personal issues, please wish him well from all at Virgin Media.

In relation to the hub return, as of September the 1st, we changed the policy to wanting the hub back. However, with people like your Dad who would have changed a few months ago, the email should have said, if you don't have it still, don't worry.

As you do, would you mind returning it? Packaging can be ordered here and will arrive at the property within 14 days.
