Return of equipment

Hi

We have waited for over a month now for the box / packaging we should return the equipment as we’re leaving virgin. We were warned that we would be charged £75 if we did not do this. Please can we have the packaging? It is a router and cable tv connection.

There are links on the following page so you can either request packaging to return yuor equipment (you can even have it sent to a different address) or to print out your own label.
