I have returned my broadband equipment in store. However, I was still charged the 40 pound fee.
I tried calling the Virgin Media but they have not been helpful.
I also used Resolver (and sent Virgin Media the in-store return receipt) but have not heard back from them for 4-5 months.
What should I do now?
