Reset router now split bands disappeared

I went through rebooting the router as the run test instructed. I ended up trying several times and still no joy. I couldn't get through by phone as my network signal is poor sometimes.

Then as per run test instructions I used a paper clip on the reset.

Now I have lost the split bands set up by my engineer - the fast short distance band in the room where I work is gone so issues working (working at home full-time as well as studying online in evenings) and the slow longer distance band has gone so now I can't get any wi-fi in any other room (older house with straw insulation in walls). This was set up as any device in the room with router would only connect to the slow bit.

This is such a nightmare.

Can I fix this myself and if so how do I di it or do I need an engineer again?
