Rescheduling an engineer

Hello. Virgin wanted me to have an engineer for the phone line to change from normal phone line to the newer way virgin scheduled an engineer for this Thursday however wondering how I can reschedule it as I've got cadent gas doing extensive road works on my street, on my property and the area due to changing gas pipes.

Can you let me know how to reschedule before Thursday please?

We're sorry to hear you're needing to reschedule your engineer visit. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
