Rescheduling a connection appointment

We are moving house and Virgin are currently booked in to visit on the 26th to do the new installation (they’ve already installed a new connection point on the side of the house despite me explicitly telling them that it was not my property and that they were not to do so!). However, we won’t get the keys now until the 28th so I need to reschedule. Trying to do that online is proving to be impossible. Virgin have closed my previous account (terminated last month) so it’s showing that I have no upcoming appointments. I have tried calling several times over the past few days but getting nowhere - get out on hold and ends up just disconnecting. Please help!
