Reschedule delivery quick start

Hi! I signed up to Virgin Broadband last week and we agreed on a delivery date for my quick start package. Then I got the confirmation, and there the delivery date was 2 weeks later. I am now trying to reschedule, as I need my BB because of working from home due to Corona. 

the website says I should be able to do it if I log in, but if I do that they say I have to call. When I call the call centre is closed because of corona. So I’m stuck. 
I thought it was just delivery of the equipment, and then I set it up myself. So how come it can’t be delivered earlier than a month from now?
