Reschedule Quickstart delivery

Hi! I recently signed up to have a quickstart kit for broadband sent to my new apartment on September 15 but I recently found out my move in date has been postponed for a couple of days. How do I push back my delivery?

When the parcel is shipped you should get an email from the courier Yodel.  In that email is a link to the Yodel web site where you can track your delivery and reschedule it for a different day.

Always worth checking your spam folder as emails like this can end up in there by mistake.

Were you able to reschedule this delivery or have you moved in as originally planned?

I did check a few things just to be certain its been sorted

Hi Gareth!

 

I was able to move in as planned but now am having connectivity issues. The green base light has been flashing for hours despite me following the guidelines from the online help resources. The connectivity test showed that it was an account error and I have called but am on hold currently trying to get assistance.

Thanks Gareth,

Someone manually activated it over the phone and I rebooted as instructed but I still am seeing the flashing green base light for about 25-30 minutes now. I’m not sure what to do next.

No changes but after reading some other posts I think the problem is that I am not connecting to a virgin media wall box. I don’t seem to have one even though when I asked online before I was told that this address has VM access. How do I get an engineer appointment? I have a lot of work to do as a student over this next week.
