We are having some garden landscaping done and the Virgin cable is only buried a few inches deep. We need it tone deeper to accommodate the design. Can you help?
Currently Virginmedia are not doing non-essential works until restrictions are lifted further, and for any changes to the cable there will be a non fault charge of £99.
As previously advised by the very helpful @DJ_Shadow1966 our engineers aren't carrying out non-essential works at the minute so we wouldn't be able to get a tech out until the restrictions have eased further. This type of work is also liable for a £99 tech call out charge.
