I am a new user for VM. I got my hub4 kit just before Christmas but found the coax cable is too short metre is too short. Can I ask VM to supply a longer coax cable, or how do I arrange for a tech visit?

Non VM cables can introduce noise into the network and affect everyone on the same street box. It then affects a lot of people and is extremely difficult for technicians to find the cause.

I am sorry the coax cable that you were supplied is too short.
We do not provide additional coaxial cables but if you wish to relocate your installation, then we can arrange this via a technician visit at a fee for £25.
I've also just checked this and you can purchase your own if you wish.
