I requested a mover date on 25th March and was told I will be all set up for the installation on 17th May. The repull work to the house would have been completed. An engineer arrived on 17th May and I was his fourth victim that nothing had been done. He said he escalated to his manager but again no communication from anyone. Within 53 days noting had been done apart from ending internet connection on 15th May 2022 at my old house.
I was told by Kate in the preinstall team there be visiting today with a phone call two hours prior to their arrival. Today I am still waiting (13:12 24th May 2022).
If someone could look into this for me, please?
