My internet was very flakey for the past month and on the 24th December I had an engineer come out to have a look and he said that the the noise levels were off and one particular channel was way out of range.
He did something to make it much better but said the cable outside the house needs a repull.
He said it had been booked for 23rd January but I can't find this on the appointments part of the app.
Can someone confirm this at all?
