Replacement router

Hello all

Is it possible to obtain a new router from Virgin ?

My brother in laws Hub 3 has stopped working after an accident at home and the 150 number is not manned under COVID restrictions which leaves the internet as the only method of connection.

Which obviously does not work ....no lights at all and have changed the fuse etc.

So anyone got an idea on how to talk to a Virgin ?????
