Hi.
Just had a replacement router supplied. All working fine.
My problem is my virgin connect app still thinks I've got the old router and for the life of me I can't get it off the app and the new one on so I can't manage my devices.
Any ideas???

Try deleting the app and all its data. By logging on to the hub on 192.168.0.1 you can do most things the app can do.
