Replacement external brown box cover

The cover for the external brown box has come off and blown away.

Is it possible to get a replacement?

I am sorry to hear the external box has been damaged in the bad weather.

 

I can arrange an engineer to come out and resolve that for you.

I have had the same problem, I called up and was told a technician would come in 48 hours but that was a month ago.

The plastic cover of my daughters installation has also blown away and is 20 ft up a wall, so it would be nice if we could get it covered before it rusts any more.

It looks like my external box has been tampered with or damaged by weather. The brown cover is completely missing and the wires/connections exposed to the elements.

I've tried calling Virgin media to arrange a technician to come and replace but there is no option to arrange that, only a text message which gets you nowhere.

Could I please arrange for someone to come out to fix the fitting and replace the box??
