Replacement cover for outside box

How do I request a replacement lid for our brown box? It's been loose since we moved in last year but it's either blown off or been removed so now the wires are exposed.

Hi I've tried sending a photo to you but it says it's too big. It's a standard brown box but the lid is missing now
