Replacement coaxial cable

I need a replacement coaxial cable as mine has broken. The wire is loose and I’ve lost connection. Can someone from VM help please? I have only been a customer for a couple of months, and haven’t moved the router since installation so am pretty disappointed with the quality of the cabling.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
