Replacement coax cable required

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if anyone can help me as I have been unable to get in contact with anyone on the virgin media help line today. Today I got my broadband set delivered and opened the box to find a damaged coax cable. I have looked across the forum and many suggest not buying one off brand so was wondering how I could get them to send me a replacement as they don’t seem to be answering the help line.

you are correct that purchased replacements should not be used - add to that the cable is also diffent to a straight coax on in that it has an isolator in in - lets see if i can get VM here to sort it

Thanks that would be really helpful I’m not sure how to contact them other than the one helpline they have

Apologies for the damaged cable you received. We can arrange a replacement though depending on availability a tech-visit may be a better option in the interest of getting you up & running asap.
