Replacement and removal of cables

Hi

Could someone get in touch please about removing this old phone cable and also replacing the tv cable with a longer one as my elderly mother has tripped on this one as it’s too short?

That looks very dangerous. The cable should be fixed to the skirting, not sitting loose on the stairs.  If a VM installer left it like this they should be sacked.
