The plug for our router is damaged from west and tear, and sparks when I try to get the router to turn on. I have spent hours over the last few days to arrange for Virgin to send a replacement, but when I finally got through to a human being, they wanted to charge me £25 to call out an engineer to deliver a new plug. They said they are not able to post a new plug. I think this is ridiculous and I don’t see why I should pay anything to replace a faulty piece of equipment. Can someone help please? Plug is for Hub 3.0. It should be a 5.5mm to 2.1mm port.
