The port input on the back of my hub is damaged and loose so I cannot get any broadband.
I have tried to contact virgin via the telephone but cannot get through to anyone, just constantly on hold. I need a replacement hub urgently as I am working from home, very tough with no wifi.
How do I get sorted rapidly with a new hub?
The best way would be to contact them over the telephone, as it can take a few days on here, so urgent queries should be dealt with over the phone.
I agree, just been on hold for over 2 hrs, was just seeing if there was a quicker route to ordering one.
