So past couple of days I've been trying to contact with someone at virgin for a replacement coaxial cable to my hub 4, had the cable for over 5 years which has probably been knocked with moving stuff around and redecorating. I was told from virgin media live chat a replacement will be sent and i would get an email stating so after 2 hours of ending the conversation (which never arrived) this was after the first person told me they were sending me a 500m cable which thankfully didn't happen.
Please can someone help or advise me how to get a replacement cable been a customer over 5 years.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
