Repeated Router Restarts

Hi all,

I have a Superhub 2ac which has been working fine for as long as I can remember, however...

Over the last two days I have been having repeated reboots which is driving me nuts, not to mention the rest of the family!

I've checked the connections, unplugged it and restarted it numerous times with no success in stabilising it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Re: Repeated Router Restarts

Post the power levels and network logs for comment please.  These can be found at 192.168.0.1 Router Status.

Re: Repeated Router Restarts

Hi,

This is all that shows in the Network Logs. There seems to be no logs for Power Levels.

Re: Repeated Router Restarts

Its not up/down logs wanted but the data in the upstreaam and downstream pages of the Hub settings.

Also, in the meantime... If you haven’t already, set up a free and secure “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any true network dropouts , latency issues, packet drops, etc - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM - note it will take a few hours to start seeing a sensible picture - post up the “link” to the “share live graph” (as per instructions on the TB website) when it starts to develop.

Re: Repeated Router Restarts

Downstream power levels way too high, max is 10. You need a technician’s visit to rectify, call customer services or wait a few days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Re: Repeated Router Restarts

Hi Apparelyzed,

Thank you for coming back to us and for the update, I have had a look our end and can indeed see there was a technician visit, how did things go, has your issue with your Router restarting now been resolved?

Regards

Paul.
