I've had issues with connectivity on my Hub 5 this weekend with a lot of constant drop outs. I have re-plugged and turned everything off and on again multiple times. The last time I did it, I ended up bending the pin inside the white isolator cable that came with the kit, causing it to break off and I now need a replacement as I am completely without internet access. Any advice on the best way to either contact Virgin to arrange a replacement or source myself would be much appreciated.
