Renewed 18m contract - how to upgrade to Superhub5 ?

I've just renewed my contract with Virgin for a further 18 months, when renewing I asked about upgrading my current Superhub 4 to a new Superhub 5 as I'd like to take advantage of the superior chipset and 2.5Gb network connection.

I was told I had to request separately, but amm unsure the correct path to do this?

I am on the 1Gb Broadband package and receive pretty much this max speed at my address.

How best can I request an upgrade to Superhub 5?

VM usually only change a Hub if your existing Hub is faulty.  I would assume your chances of getting a Hub swap is very small.

Glad to hear that you have stayed with us and renewed your contract :). 

We wouldn't be able to request a hub upgrade unfortunately. If you have your marketing preferences updated and enable, we'll be in touch whenever there is a need or an availability to upgrade the router.
