Remove virgin cable

Hi can I please get a virgin engineer out to remove the outside cable. We just brought our house and don't need virgin but cable is across drive causing hazard. Or can I just remove it myself

You can remove it - but best to let VM have a chance to do it first. If you do it it may interfere with other connections and get you off on the wrong foot with your new neighbours 🙂
