I am not a Virgin customer. My neighbour had a problem with their connection and as temporary solution, to help my neighbour I agreed to connect the cable to the brown box in my property. The cable runs in front of my front door now making it ugly and a nuisance. Virgin installer had confirmed that it was only a temporary solution for 2 weeks and will be removed after that. It has been over a month now and no effort made both by my neighbour and virgin to remove this.
How do I get cables from front door of my house removed? Please help.
