We have an internal and external virgin media box as well as lots of wiring on the outside of the house which we need removed for renovations. This is from a previous owner as we are not and do not plan to become virgin customers. Please may we have some help with this.

As far as the inside cabling is concerned, you can remove these by disconnecting from the outside box yourself.

The outside wiring is seen by Virgin as a utility feed which is an expence for them to remove & then possibly reinstall when occupancy changes again. So they won't usually entertain this unless there is a heath & safety issue with the exisitng installation.
