Relocate Router

Lammy139
Tuning in

I would like to relocate my router which is currently in a room that previous home owner used as an office. We now use this room as something else and we need the router moved to living room. Not sure if this is something I can do myself or if we need an engineer out

If you have a spare co-ax connection in the location you want to use the router, then plug it in and off you go.

If you don't, you'll need a non-fault tech appointment which is a flat £25.

That can be booked either by following the "I have a fault" options on the usual CS number, or by waiting here a couple of days for VM staff to pickup.

Hi Lammy139, thanks for the message and welcome back to the forums.

I understand that you wish to relocate the hub, there will be a charge of £25 and will send you a message via PM so that this can be looked into further.

Kind regards, Chris.
