Relocate Cable

Hi, due to building works around the house, we have been forced to move tv, is it possible to request a new white cable from house entry to Vbox with a length of 20 meters please.

You'll need an engineer visit at a fixed cost of £25 due to the length of cable required (Power levels will probably need adjusting at the cabinet).

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi Nige1201 👋 welcome to the community! Thank you for getting in touch to let us know you need some support with your TV box relocation. 

Sadly we can't just send cables out for this, we will need to book in a technicians appointment to get you set up with your new home layout and ensure everything is working as it should be. This will be a chargeable appointment of £25, as it is a special request.
