Registration for My Virgin Media not working

Are there issues with the registration of new accounts? I've just signed up and wanted to access my account as I may need to move my install date. I get the below message when trying to register:

 

Your My Virgin Media account

We're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.

Please come back and try again later

Hi @fleming164,

 

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting. 

 

No issues- If you haven't had your services installed yet, you would need to usually wait 24 hours after this has been done before you can set up the account.
