I have been experiencing temporary issues with internet over the past 24 hours. I have checked the hub (using as a router only) and can see that the message for internet states Registration failure. I have acquired a downstream channel (hz) 234750000 comments ranging, for the ranged upstream channel it states that an update is in progress. The log description states received response to broadcast maintenance request but no unicast maintenance opportunities received t4 timeout. Mac then Mac and vet 3.0. Please advise.

Sorry to hear that you've been having some issues here. I have been able to see from our side that you had managed to book an engineer relating to the fault. Has the engineer been and if so, how did the appointment go?
