I got a broadband package for my mum a few months ago. I got this whilst purchasing her a TV from Currys. I noticed my direct debit was considerably higher this month so wanted to query it with Virgin.
I hadn't registered the account to date and when i tried to the online form asked for Surname, account number and Area Reference.
I do not have an the area reference and had never received any formal correspondence either via email of by post.
Can anyone help? is the area reference geographical and can i find this out somewhere else as i ma having difficulty trying to get someone from virgin to assist.
