I am a new virgin customer. I have been giving my details to register, Every time i try to. I get a message saying. We are having technical problems at the moment please try again. I have been trying for over a week. Is their any solutions. ?

Using the Information we have on here, I've found your details and can see that you've spoken to a member of our Team since you last posted and they've raised an IT ticket so it can be investigated. It can take up to 10 days for them to get back but it's usually sooner than this. Please try again nearer the time and let us know if you're still unable to register after the period has passed so we can take a look from here.
