Register

Been trying to register for three weeks with no success.Trying to get hold of anyone is a nightmare.Very poor service.

If I try to register it keeps saying the page is being updated.For three weeks.Joke!!

I've been advised there has been a possible fix put in place since your message- if you can please try registering again for me?

Hi I just joined virgin media I been trying to register the account number use email me must be wrong because it won't let register to get into my account can you someone help me out thank please get back to me as soon as you can thanks

  • What is the error message you are getting?
  • Is this for a Virgin Media account based in the UK?
  • How were you provided the account number and using the area reference number?
