Could be any old black cables
🙂VM will want proof that they are VM cables. So can you post up pictures of where the cables emanate from and terminate to. These should be identifiable as VM equipment and a VM person will respond when they get here in a day or two.
In the meantime you might try reporting it as "street equipment" issues see if that gets anywhere
