Hello Virgin Media,
We've discovered more cables hanging loose. This one is located at 4 Turberville House, Moat Place, London, SW9 0UP. Sky have said the cables hanging on the dish could damage it.
Please advise on how soon the repair can be completed.

Think this is a different set of cables?
Also, after 3 months of inactivity from VM, think another post is warranted, if more cables from same location are now loose??
How long are customers supposed to wait??
VM are well known for not doing anything, and 'burying their heads in the sand' and ignoring problems
Also, who would be responsable if those 'hanging loose' cables caused further damage, considering VM have know about them for 3 months??
Health and safety issue perhaps??
