So I signed up via my friends ‘refer a friend’ email and everything was confirmed on screen fine.
However it is not showing on my contract. I literally signed up as soon as I got the referral email from my friend/Virgin but nothing is showing on my account. I sent a message via the online chat and also did not receive any response as yet.
Can someone please look into this and get this back to me please? 🙂
Hi Katie, Yes I did. When I went through the process (followed the link in the email) and added my package to my basket it showed the ‘refer a friend’ had been applied. However, the contract that I had to electronically sign made no reference to it - I assumed this was because it was an introductory thing and therefore did not constitute a true part of the contract. I have in my inbox the reference detail from my friend who referred me, and the timings of that email precede my signing up with Virgin - I just can’t see why it hasn’t been converted into my account?
