Redundant cables

Im not a virgin customer but previous owner was. I have a brown virgin box containing some cables, one of which has been cut (not by me) and the other has exposed white and blue wires that are still connected to cable that goes internally. They come from underneath my house. I have had the render replaced on my house and no longer want the brown box attached to the house. I'd like a field technician to terminate the cables safely.

A VM person will respond here in a day or so and offer to sort it for you. Give VM a reasonable time to do so before you then remove it all yourself
